At our Ear Clinics, we are committed to ensuring the well-being of both our staff and clients. We have implemented comprehensive measures to protect against respiratory illnesses, including COVID-19.

Vaccination and health monitoring

All our staff members are double vaccinated against the coronavirus. We prioritize health by ensuring that any staff member showing symptoms of an airway infection stays home until they are fully recovered.

 

Client health guidelines

We kindly ask our clients to do the same. If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please stay home until you are symptom-free. To maintain a healthy environment, we will request any clients or visitors with cold-like symptoms to leave the premises.

 

Appointment protocols

Upon arrival, you will be asked about your health status. If you exhibit any symptoms related to an airway infection, such as a sore throat, fever, cough, or runny nose, we will reschedule your appointment to a later date.

 

Facemask policy

While facemasks are optional, we encourage wearing one if there is any possibility of illness or recent exposure to someone who is unwell.

 
 

Arrival and hygiene practices

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We ask that you use the hand sanitizer provided at the entrance and exit. Rest assured, we regularly sanitize all shared surfaces to maintain a clean environment.
